Born August 4, 1984 in Waterloo, IA R&B Singer/Songwriter Frank Spencer is no amateur when it comes to talent. Cousin of former Capitol Records recording artist Tracie Spencer , who had a hit under her belt before the tender age of 11 and a Star Search winner, Spencer knows what it takes to be in the game and make chart topping music. Growing up Frank has had his experiences in school plays and talents shows which led him to continue to pursue his own dreams in music, and after discovering his writing skills and applying them to his talent, it didn't take long for him to be recognized as an outstanding performer. After working with many Iowa based music artist and labels, such as Cedar Rapids group "Big Bang", Frank soon relocated to Chicago, Illinois to further pursue his musical goals.
