The Songwriter/Vocal Producer/Bassist known as Jae Enfluwnze was born in Philadelphia, pa to a local drummer and cousin to Chubby Checker 1950’s dance icon best known for the song "lets do the twist". Enfluwnze began his musical journey when his father first brought him a old’s 70’ guitar and began teaching him how to play. Though his passions were focused on comics at the time. Enfluwnze affinity for music was ever growing as he listen to music from all genre from Gospel to Rock. "My dad was into funk and James brown & Jimi Henderix was his favorites!" cites Enfluwnze. It was in the mid 80’s while in music class that Enfluwnze really began to take music and playing serious where he began as the only bassist in the middle school string ensemble. " I didnt want to play bass but my teacher insisted i play cause of my height and now that's the best instrument I could've played, cause it's the soul of the band, real backbone to any form you do" say Enfluwnze. As groups like Intro, Htown, and the super group Jodeci emerged in the early 90’s. He began the focus more on singing and performing and writing songs. It was in 94’ that he met an inspiring singer/producer that introduce him to the world of recording music. With a penchant for writing in his background from his days of writing poetry. Enfluwnze began writing his first tune to vent his relationship woes as many songwriters do! "I believe that the music writes the lyrics for you really all your have to do it listen close words will speak to you!" Growing up in Philly was a interesting time for Enfluwnze cause like many others seeking sucess. His peers included No Question Male vocal group recently defunct on Ruff Nation/Warnerbros & Musiq Soulchild as well closely associated with Bilal and members of the Rocafella family.

It was the associations that lead to writing on projects noted Hip hop producer Big Demi. Who produced " Coming for you & Think its a game " for Beanie Sigel along with up and coming producer Bubb da produca. "It was a exciting time writing with Beans and Young guns because my background is mainly r&b" states Enfluwnze.


Enfluwnze first release would come from "thinks its a game" which was was one of the last and infamous rocafella collaborations to date.
"when we did the song with beans we never thought that Jayz would get on the record but he love it!!! His verse began the prelude to what would be the Blueprint lp". Both Mtv & Bet have use the music as cues with reality shows like Making the band 2,Crib Crashers & Madd Sports.


In addition to working with Rocafella alumni Enfluwnze has written with Jazmine Sullivan,Playa ,Jazz of druhill & Chinky of lovher on solo project. MCA/ Uptown’s Monifah best known for "I Miss You/Come back home" recorded a song entitled " Sexxythang" for her upcoming project,and thus assocation her Next’s Tlow invited Enfluwnze to write for Next’s last lp. while recording with Tlow at playground studios. Enfluwnze & Bubb da produca came to the attention of Eddie F. That meeting a spawn a placement on Sharissa (Come around my way) on Virgin records.


Currently enfluwnze is working on upcoming artists and producing some of t this industry has seen to date.
