I don't try to deny that I'm part of the problem,
From the waste that I create and the damage I'm causing,
The flaws in my attitude go unrealized, I sit blind to the reasons why we're so despised,
By the victims of a planet hurt by the lies,
That we purport cause we're supporting the distort and disguise of intentions deep within a false Patriotism,
Place a threat on how we're living and develop a schism.

What is valued deep within Society,
isn’t based on monetary value or sobriety
or piety
or strict adherence to the gospel scripture,
Everybody always wants to paint their own picture.
A very short descriptor
of all that we’ve become
Blinded by the light of wrong and right so fuckin’ numb
To the stressors and depressors of our mood and our esteem
We’ve run all out of steam on the track of the American Dream
Some scheme some plot and then some get shot.
And some smoke pot,
while others’ lighting up the rock.
Some go Tupac and other rappers get Kanye
but everybody trying to bust a nut like Ron J.
And Andre 3G so fresh and so clean, was once an Outkast if ya know what I mean.
