Does Anyone Listen
Does anyone in the music business realy look for and listen to new artist or do they wait until the hear about a new artist? Delete Comment
A bit of Background Stuff covering the past 6 months 2008 / 2009
I’m based in the sunny UK and looking to get signed, do supports and get my music out their.
Been singer/song writer of rock/indie songs for a few years now and really love performing on stage. I write original music and have I feel a different vocal and music sound. The main thing is I don’t try to sound like anyone else.
Last 6 Months achievements
Jamie Oliver’s Celebrity Chef Unsigned Band Competition August 2008
• Out of over 12,000 entrants we were voted one of Jamie Oliver’s top 24 unsigned bands 2008.
Live & Unsigned 2009
Out of over 10,000 entrants for the Live & Unsigned we won an opportunity to play in a regional heat in February which we won. We are now through to the regional final to be held on 15th March 09 at the Journal Tyne Theatre Newcastle and thanks for coming to see us.
Radom Facts
1. October 2008 - Set up a MySpace site and uploading a few tracks with over 47,000 listens to our music up to 29th March 09 and voted the top listen to site followed by the great Bob Marley. You can search for MySpace by going to MySpace music and searching Mr Chips or log onto MySpace site on the following link :- http://www.myspace.com/wwwmyspacecommrchips
2. Entered unsigned competition to play at the Huge UK national V festival. http://roadtov.com/artists/mr-cchips/

4. Got an invite from Diddy’s MySpace site to be a friend which was really cool.

I’m award winning property & interior designer who has been fortunate to work for a few celebrities, like keeping in shape and most sports.
