Who Am I?
Computer Engineer by day, composer, aspiring songwriter and producer by night. (and on weekends. LOL)
Originally from Birmingham, AL and migrated to VA/DC for work. I have been around music since youth from singing in choirs, to beatin on pots and pans, and playin around on the keys. I love timeless old school music which is what sparks most of my inspiration because there's nothing like a classic to get you going for the day.
As with any talent, you need support and motivation to flourish. I have found myself guilty of having good ideas but not acting on them and then they go away to be lost forever. I can tell that by participating with the academy it allows your brain to keep working and seeing so many people getting involved helps keep the excitement of your art going.
Looking forward to doing some great things with talented folks.
