You are the owner once it you think of the idea they told me at the copyright office as long as it does not infringe on anyone else material. CHeck out more in dept info at thei website and there is alot of good books out there too... But just like any site whatever u post, pic, etc.. u are taking the chance of someone doing that, but on here you have no worries at all... we are a tight net fam and we look out for each other.... u should get ya work copyrighted its cheap and easier to do singley or as a collection. a collection is one fee for a collection of them, other wise u can reg one at a time each time paying a fee... HOpe this helps sweety a bit...
