Welcome, Jemini

First I would like to say Whats up to everyone here in the academy. My name is Jeff, But I go by my writing name_Jemini. I'm from New York, Residing in Jamaica, Queens. As for my experiences, I originally started in poetry and short story writing before I pursued the thoughts of Songwriting.

I first had eyes on me from an Executive & former A&R of Def Jam & Universal, Mr. Stanley Brown. I was working with my co-writer King, and we wrote songs that were reviewed highly around our college(Queensborough). He wanted to recruit us for a venture for a songwriting team, but things fell apart in the midst of everything coming so close. From there, I temporarily joined a songwriting team that consisted of The Disco Twins, & Jay Dibbs ( Who has had countless works done for Aaliyah, Mary J. Blige, etc.). Right now, I'm on my own path, still just trying to make music that not only I, but the masses of the world can enjoy. A good influence who I just met up with not too long ago is Mr. Larry Dvoskin ( An esteemed writer for BMI who has written for Bruce Springsteen, Brandy & others). I'm an open-minded person and willing to work with anybody who is available cause I believe you will never know what can result from a combination of Passion & Determination for creating music.
