A sign from God!!
Well today was just a regular ole day....humming new melodies,running errands, and laughing! I went on myspace and logged into my "Secret" music page that no one knows about and Bestfriend was like whos song is that? Now if you know her she will clown.....So I was nervous (biting my nails) like girl that's me!! She was like wow Jenn!!! So now I'm cheesing like My BF the Female version of Simon from American Idol likes my music, she wanted to hear more. I didn't want to stop letting her sample my music, because once I start It's hard to stop lol so my focus for the day was trying to figure out how I could be heard. The biggest thing holding me back from being successful in the music business is fear of rejection. But I can't keep sitting on my talent!! So all day I was wondering how can I be heard, how can I meet the right people with the right hands to get my music in!!! So I'm back and forth on myspace and facebook just chatting and I look down and i see a bulletin.....Jack Knight and I'm like I been meaning to get his book, so I go to his page to checkout his new blogs and some how I stumble upon this Site!!! Im like "can anyone join?" I'm looking around like is this foreal lol is this my sign I asked God to send me if I was put here to touch people with my music.......Why yes it was!!! I joined and here I am now have been on here for hours going from page to page listening to music, reading blogs, amazed by the MUSICIANSHIP!!!Intrigued but the talent, inspired to write every minute I get!!! Most of all, I am honored to be apart of this Academy and I look forward to meeting people with the same passion as me. I would love to be a part of a writing team. I haven't written for anyone famous haven't even been in a studio, but my foundation is strong I have completed songs,incomplete songs,hooks, and so many ideals!! I have the drive to make it to the TOP So ride with me!!!

For sure Uncle Jack is Legend man... and a God Send... he's always offering good advice and stays 100% motivated he has definitely influenced me to write better songs and to keep blazin in this Game!

Amazing...Thank You so much for sharing your outrageous day of signs with us. I love it! Please,if you can obtain a copy of Jack Knight's book...His book "The Art Of Writing A Hit Song" I swear by it, i am smiling as I type this because I seriously keep his book right by bed in my night table very safe and sound! :-) He takes you on a journey throughout the book that is a MUST for any songwriter, etc..His book has helped me over and over again, and His inspiration is so beautiful.
